The Micro BCA Protein Assay Kit provides an ultra-sensitive method to detect and quantify protein concentration. The kit has been optimized for determining total protein content in low protein concentration samples (0.5 to 20 μg/ml). The kit is sensitive to copper reductant and chelator instead of to both ionic and non-ionic detergents.
