NUCLEODUR® NH2 and NH2-RP are aminopropyl modified silica phase for HPLC.

Polar analytes like sugars or DNA bases can be separated in reversed phase mode (RP) with aqueous-organic eluent systems. NUCLEODUR® NH2-RP columns containing water – acetonitrile as eluent are ready-to-use without a reflushing. Polar compounds like substituted anilines, esters, and chlorinated pesticides will be analysed in normal phase mode (NP) with n-heptane, dichloromethane or 2-propanol as mobile phase. The suitable NUCLEODUR® NH2 columns contain n-heptane eluent. For ion chromatography (IC) of anions and organic acids the aminopropyl phase is applied with conventional buffers and organic modifiers.
EC guard columns are used for analytical EC columns with the Column Protection System guard column holder (554-5851).
