Human mononuclear cells, chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)
Mononuclear cells used for researching the causes, diagnosis, supportive care and treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Human mononuclear cells are collected from human volunteer donors diagnosed with CML under IRB approved informed consent.

No pre screening is done on fresh products, but donors are tested on day of collection for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV 1/2.
Storage: Either prepare cells for long term storage in liquid nitrogen vapour phase or thaw for use. Storage in liquid phase nitrogen is NOT recommended. Short term storage of cells (less than 2 weeks) at –80 °C is acceptable, but should be minimised to ensure maximum stability. Once thawed, samples must be used immediately.
