Bone Morphogenic Protein 10 is a member of the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily. In mouse heart, BMP-10 expression is localized to the trabeculated part of the common ventricular chamber and to the bulbus cordis region, the atrial wall and in the adult right atrium. BMP-10 has recently been implicated in postnatal cardiac hypertrophy.
BMP10 antibody can be used in ELISA starting at 1:10000 - 1:40000, Western Blot starting at 1:500 - 1:3000, and immunohistochemistry starting at 10 - 20 μg/mL.
